In this economy you must evolve, otherwise you're gonna be left behind. Like the saying goes, "when life hands you lemons, you make lemonade". I am a nutritionist turned Food Crafter AKA Cake Pop Artist. I have had a love for baking since my first Home Economics course in 6th grade.
